We have a no refund policy. Our monthly plans auto-renew at the end of the your term. It is your responsibility to cancel if you do not want to continue your monthly membership. Please cancel 3 days before the billing cycle ends to ensure that you will not be billed for the upcoming month.
Physical products have a 90 day exchange only policy. This is because we can not resell a product that was returned. If your DVD is damaged, we will replace your DVD via download or mail a new DVD of the same title. Downloaded products will not be refunded or exchanged.
