If your order is not going through, it is possible that the order was saved to your account, but the payment did not complete. To check if your order is in your account, do the following:
1. Go to "My Account"
2. Go to "Orders"
If the 'Pay' button is visible, this means that your order was saved to your account, but the payment was not properly processed. This is often caused by an Internet 'slowdown' that affects some users.
If this happens (and you see the 'Pay' button) you can simply click the 'Pay' button to complete the payment for your lesson.
3. Click on "Pay"
You will then be brought to a separate page where you can enter your Credit Card or PayPal information.
